In my own words...
Losing a mother is not an easy thing, especially if you are very young when you lose her! At the time it was sad not to have had the opportunity, even for the last time, to tell her I LOVE YOU!
Over the years I understood that this pain reached the depths of the heart, carrying a host of unfinished situations.
That is why understanding pain in relation to any emotional loss, whether due to death or other circumstances, is deeply rooted in my heart, because my desire is for people to live in total harmony with their emotions and being internal.

Part of this beautiful experience in assisting other people in their process of healing and spiritual elevation, is seeing the reaction of each person at the end of the process, in which we will embark together. This process is closely linked to the use of effective practical techniques that will help you greatly to release the pain of loss. The important thing is to DESIRE IT!
You wonder what emotional pain is?
As a grief specialist, when we talk about pain, it does not only refer to the departure or death of a loved one, it is the natural reaction of the human being to any loss. Did you know that there are currently more than 43 types of loss (grief) or emotional pain that we can experience in our lives? Apart from deaths and divorces, there can also be losses or pain from changes in your professional career, breakdown of romantic relationships, moves, changes in your finances, end-of-the-year parties, marriage, retirement, health problems, to name a few.
